We reward leadership and create loyalty. And we don’t hire outside supervisors to do on site inspections. Our Executive Sales and Operations team makes sure we get the job done right. This our secret to success — unmatched customer service at every level.

We believe in preventative maintenance. It should never be the responsibility of our clients to monitor our services. As a result, depending on the type of facility, our Site Manager will conduct a regular, recurring inspections.

After each inspection, a quality control report is generated noting any areas requiring improvement or immediate attention. Most importantly, this information is conveyed to the supervisor and the on-site custodian(s) immediately, so that all amendments are made in a timely manner.

Preferred Building Services takes pride in hiring the most reliable, trustworthy, and efficient employees. Our training is typically done in three tiers. First, after signing an agreement with a client, we carefully select the ideal permanent custodians for that specific facility.

Then the next two in-depth phases of training begin. The second tier of training includes chemical and safety procedures, quality control structure, emergency protocol, green cleaning, time management, etc. The final training phase is performed on-site, where the custodians are introduced to the specifications of the building they will be serving.
