Introducing our new President…

In January 2019, Preferred Building Services had the great pleasure to announce Lauren Squeri as the new President of Preferred Building Services, Inc. Lauren has been a proven leader within Preferred for over 10 years, climbing the ranks with her dedication and commitment to her work and clients. 

Preferred has always been a family run business and we are excited to keep this tradition alive. As expressed to Preferred’s former President, Bob Squeri, by Lauren’s grandfather who was head of a Fortune 500 company, “She is smarter than the both of us and has both character and integrity in huge proportions.” We know under Lauren’s leadership Preferred will continue to grow and reinforce its mission to provide you with the best quality of service.

We are excited to see what the future has in store with Lauren leading the charge and with Preferred now as a woman-owned enterprise. Our Senior Leadership has never been stronger, and together this group will drive us forward while continuing to stay true to our founding principles of reliability, impeccable quality, and personalized customer service.

Certified Women's Business Enterprise (WBE)!

Preferred Building Services is proud to announce we are now officially certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE). We have been a majority woman-owned business since 2019 but are beyond thrilled to finally have this official recognition through Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) – the nation’s largest third party certifier of businesses owned and operated by women in the US. Preferred is honored to receive this recognition and welcomes the increased visibility and additional opportunities this certification may bring, specifically new partnerships with companies promoting Supplier Diversity Programs.
