Preferred Building Services is a full service janitorial company that emphasizes impeccable detail in cleaning with unmatched customer service.


Quality

We believe in preventative maintenance.

It should never be the responsibility of our clients to monitor our services. As a result, depending on the type of facility, our Site Manager will conduct a weekly or bi-weekly inspection.

After each inspection, a quality control report is generated noting any areas requiring improvement or immediate attention. Most importantly, this information is conveyed to the supervisor and the on-site custondian(s) right away, so that all amendments are made in a timely manner.


Training

Preferred Building Services takes pride in hiring the most reliable, trustworthy and efficient employees.

Our training is typically in three tiers. First, after signing an agreement with a client, we carefully select the ideal permanent custodians for that specific facility.

Then the next two phases of training begin. The first phase of training includes chemical and safety procedures, quality control structure, emergency protocol, green cleaning, time management, etc. The second phase of training is performed on-site, where the custodians are introduced to the specifications of the building he/she will be serving.

As this industry is ever changing, we continue to grow. As we do, our employees are updated on the latest advances in procedure and technology.

Few Words About Us

Building our foundation in this industry began long before we became "Preferred".

In 1992, Gregory Dellanini (CEO) and Robert Squeri (CFO) became partners and made a business that could adapt and grow with the changing times, with sustainability for the next generation. Today, twenty years later, Peter Dellanini is now the Executive Vice President. And, Lauren Squeri is the Executive Sales and Marketing Director.


We don't stop there.

At every level of decision making, from the executive to the janitorial, our decisions effect YOU and YOUR BUSINESS. At the same time, our decisions effect our employees and their families, too. So we create a positive and professional work environment for our employees that both supports their training and empowers them to do their best.

We reward leadership and create loyalty. And we don't hire outside supervisors to do on site inspections. Our Executive Sales and Operations team makes sure we get the job done right. This is our secret to success--customer service at every level.
